WSP ‘the Largest Engineering Firm in the U.S.’ After $3.3 Billion Acquisition

A $3.3 billion deal to acquire power and energy firm TRC Companies will make Canada-based WSP Global the largest engineering and design firm in the U.S., it has claimed. WSP said the deal would “supercharge” its power and energy offering and enhance its capabilities across water, infrastructure and environment.
