NDA Survey: Give Your Feedback on Government Regulations

The NDA Government Affairs Committee is asking for your feedback on confusing or ambiguous federal regulations that impact your business and the demolition industry as a whole.

Later this year, NDA will submit letters to executive agencies such as the Department of Labor and the Environmental Protection Agency, requesting official interpretations on unclear federal regulations that pertain to the day-to-day activities of demolition contractors.

NDA will ask the Trump administration to provide clarity and improved guidance on these demolition-specific issues to help eliminate regulatory uncertainty and confusion for contractors.
